	Schedule of Condition prepared for all properties.
	Regular inspections carried out.
	Notices forwarded to utilities and council offices of change of tenants.
	Collection of rent from tenant. Providing rent statement.
	Forward rent to Landlords bank account.
	Property repairs. We offer emergency repairs and other services as required.
	Free “To Let” board if wanted.
	Check in and out prepared schedule of condition or inventory.
